I am trying to subculture my isolated yeast strain from it's mother culture YPD medium plate. But its not growing at all. How to subculture it again?

I have tried with different media. But its not showing any result. Yeast strain Medium used: Yeast extract Peptone Dextrose Agar, Sabouraud Dextrose agar, Yeast extract Peptone Sucrose Agar.
