Comparison of goodness-of-fit measures between MPLUS and LISREL. Why does the value of CFI, using a CFA, vary from LISREL to MPLUS?

I'm obtaining CFI = .82 (using MPLUS) and CFI=.96 (using LISREL); in both cases, I have employed MLR to estimate my model. Why does the value of CFI, using a CFA, vary from LISREL to MPLUS?
