Hi, Is any one having an optimized protocol for ethanol estimation using dichromate method?

I am using 2% w/v potassium dichromate reagent for the ethanol standards ranging from 2%-10% concentration but I am getting constsnt O.D. without any gradual increase. So, how can i resolve this...
