Can someone please help me in finding the physical and chemical properties of any shear thining fluid, that is defined in FLUENT database?

 I want to simulate the Rayleigh Benard flow in a shear thinning fluid with properties similar to CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose) in FLUENT.
