Which is the best method of sample preparation for Calcium cobalt oxide for EBSD analysis? and the parameters to get good samples?

I am trying to polish/grind calcium cobal oxide ceramic for ebsd analysis and i dont know what parametrs should be set on the polishing/grinding machine (Presi mecatech 250 spc). Can anyone help...
