Can anyone in this project tell me how to find the raw data of thrombolysis trials with alteplase for ischemic strokes ?

I want to minimize the ICH risk in alteplase in ischemic stroke. For that i need to build a predictive model. I need a good data base. Can anyone help or have an idea on it?
