How to measure exchangeable Na, where soluble Na is very high? as soil EC is 150?

the CEC of the horizon is around 10 Cmol/kg, soil EC is around 150, we measured soluble Na in 2500 times diluted solution, and as we tried to measure Na-ex, results are confusing.
