Has anyone successfully measured Vitamin D levels in follicular fluid using the ADVIA Centaur Vitamin D Total Assay kit?

My samples have been centrifuged to appropriately remove blood cells and granulosa cells, but I am worried perhaps the samples will not fall within the kits assay range (4.2 - 150 ng/mL).
