Why most articles use 60°C as the synthesis temperature of Cu doped ZnO via sol-gel?

In articles that present different synthesis routes of Cu doped ZnO nanoparticles via sol-gel, they use a temperature of 60°C for this. So far I have not found any justification for most authors...
