Is it okay to compare the different result of different organisms in Minimum Inhibitory Concentration? or not since they're not the same?

The organism we used are Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida tropicalis. In the disk diffusion Candida tropicalis produce inhibition with 5mm but in Saccharomyces cerevisiae has 0 inhibition. But...

My mic (minimum inhibitory concentration) results are all negative, should i still compute the inhibition rate of the concentration?

this is about my thesis, testing the plant extracts against fungal pathogens but unfortunately all the results are negative
