What solvent can I use to desorpt VOCs (BTEXS, Halo Carbon, Alcohol 1C - 4C...) in ambient air (using activated carbon) except CS2 ?

Now, I am developing the analysis method for determination of VOCs in ambient air and emission. But using CS2 is not good for health. Can I instead of CS2 by other solvent ?
