I need help regarding the explanation of confocal fluorescent microscopy images taken for my drugs, assist from life scientists needed. Any ?

I have a set of confocal microscopy images. I am finding little difficult to conclude from the data, so need help from experts on this. I will upload the images as someone is interested.

I used acetic acid as a solvent in my reaction. Its 10 ml in total. How should i remove it ? Azeotropically or rota evap ? Any better suggestions !

Its a ring opening reaction. I probably avoid overheating the mixture. But, I do need to remove acetic acid to run a column.
