Please any body can send disease scoring scales for sunflower Powdery mildew, Alternaria leaf blight, Necrosis virus and leaf curl viruses.?

I am going start Sunflower disease screening for that I required standard disease scoring for following diseases like Powdery mildew, Alternaria leaf blight, Necrosis virus and leaf curl virus..
