How to quantify the fluorescence intensity (DCFH-DA STAINING ASSAY) of an image using ImageJ software?

Dear All: I want to quantify the fluorescence intensity of images using fluorescence microscope. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to use image j correctly.
