How can i isolate peritoneal maqrophages in high purity of mice, without using any inflammation induction like thioglycolate?

by lavage peritoneal, could i get macrophages in high purity? and how many macrophages can i get by this procedure? Please share your experience that may helpful to my experiment. Thanks.
