Why protein bands disappear in the middle of SDS-PAGE ?

Hi, I have trouble in detecting my protein band of interest (approximately 20 kDa) in SDS-PAGE. Protein bands between 35kDa and 11kDa do not appear in the gel.(SDS page image has been attached)...
