Is it possible to do regression analysis if i have " 6 samples vs 8 independent variable"...?

i mean to say my data is 6 x 8 matrix where 6 is number of samples ( 6 values of one dependent variable) 8 is 8 independent variables observed from 6 samples so is it possible to carry regression...
