I am starting to work with miRNAs and was wondering if anyone could recommend any resources? I will primarily be working in mouse brain tissue. Any recommendations are much appreciated.

Does it matter whether PLL or PDL is used to coat plates for primary mouse cortical neurons?

I just used PDL for a mouse cortical neuron preparation and I found that my cells did not adhere well. I have previous used PLL and found my cells adhere well.
