When isolating CD133+ population from GBM cell line, which isoform do I need to use for CD133?

 I know there are three isoforms: CD133/1, CD133/2, and CD133/3 and also the fact that CD133/2 is the isoform that is used for hematopoietic stem cell isolation. Thank you so much in advance.
