Is Pandas or Geopandas (python) the more suitable libraries to do time series analysis on Sentinel-2 images?

Hi everybody I'm new in Python, I would like to do time series analysis on Sentinel-2 images. Is Pandas or Geopandas the more suitable libraries to do it? Thanks in advance!
