Can I submit a gene sequence which I got from reverse primer reaction or I should submit the complement of that sequence?

Forward and Reverse reaction sequencing result of PCR product have no similarity .how it can happen?

I have two PCR amplicon of 300+ and 400+ band size. but in sequencing it gave 562 (forward reaction ) and (242 bp in reverse reaction) for 300+ band. And there is no identity with forward reaction...
