Does any researcher have information on the use, permitted level and safety of Sodium cyclamate and Aspertame in baked foods particularly Bread?

i want to know how safe are these sweeteners in bread and what is the permitted level?  Is there any published research on their use in bread? What is the legislation in Nigeria?
