Which types of silicon substrate (P or N type )is good for Mos2 Growth via CVD (Sio2/si) ?

I want to grow single laye MoS2 using CVD so what should be the  type of silicon substrate will use P type or N type with top SiO2 layer but i am confuse about silicon types Thanks
