Journal of Crohn's and Colitis has a decent impact factor 6 plus. Does anyone know how good is this journal in terms of quality of papers?

We are considering to submit our manuscript in this journal. Our work contains clinical and supportive in vivo and in vitro mouse data. But we lack a clear cellular mechanism.
