Can someone please refer me a paper or link dealing with the EBSD data interpretation, like IPF, pole figure and LAGs and HAGBs quantitative graphs?

My question is about the analyzing of EBSD data of any material or process, i just want to know what these graphs, images i.e. IPF, PF OIM and LAGBs and HAGBs quantitative graphs are for. Thank you
