Basically i want to find orthologue region for a particular promoter in rice and other plant species like Arabidopsis etc.

Is there any website from which I can easily retrieve the promoter sequence of a gene related to plant rice etc?

Retrieving the promoter sequence of a rice gene from chromosomal data is quite difficult and usually the computer just hangs down. So if there is any website from which it can be easily retrieved?
