How to make .pua and .vap file to Implementing Transit Signal Priority in PTV VISSIM?

Hi, I want to ask, how to make PTV Vissim can using Transit Signal Priorities? I watch several video, they said we can use VisVap for it. I made several logic, but still can't run this method....
