Can we process .tiff file in GMTSAR for processing InSAR data? Is the gmtsar is working in .grd format. If no, how to convert .tiff to .grd in GMTSAR?

I am processing SAR data in GMTSAR software. I have interferograms in .tiff but GMTSAR is working with .grd format. Now how i can convert from .tiff to .grd within GMTSR to further run it in GMTSAR?
