Trouble with western blot?

Hi, I am having trouble with my westerns.....my transfer is good but my protein samples don't show up AT ALL after exposure but my protein marker bands do? Any advice?

In western blot my target protein size is 50, but everytime band come at 36, with same level of expression i expected. What could be the reason??

I tried to optimize conditions but havnt find any way. When i use mosquito cell line C6/36, target protein band comes at 50. But with live mosquito never got this. I attached membrane picture...
