What is the advantage of using linear integrative plasmids than linear PCR cassettes in order to knock out the gene?

I 'll design the large sequences (approximately about 1000 bp) as the homology arms. so for transformation, which ones are better? the linear integrative plasmids or linear PCR cassettes?
