To define the plastic hinge of the columns of an existing RC moment frame, for NLTH how are the axial force values shown in the figure calculated?

In general, if we want to use the auto assign hinge in SAP2000 or ETABS, in the box shown in the second figure, what load combination or load case should be used for time history analysis? Thanks
