How can I measure Free Ag+ and free Cu2+ ions in solution?

I would like to know how much ions are available for reaction excluding any complexes. I am looking for free ions, Not dissolved copper or silver (which we can measure by ICP-MS).

How do I use PHREEQC to calculate the amount of "Phase"or precipitate ?

For example saturation index for Calcite is positive so it precipitate but how much precipitated?
