In the X-ray diffraction, which peaks belong to the Ni4Ti3 precipitate and which ones belong to the Ni3Ti precipitate ?

I can not separate the XRD peaks of Ni4Ti3 and Ni3Ti precipitates, because their main peaks are not clear and they're very close to each other. I want to know that in the X-ray diffraction...
