How do we bond 2.8mm thick acrylic(plexiglass) sheets which has 0.4mm channels and need to be air tight and fluid leak proof?

we want to bond two sheets of plexiglass by heating method because the depth of the channels is 200 micrometers and 400 micrometers. how we can use the heating method for bonding.
