I was wondering if it is possible to stain a slide for histology and then process the same slide for IHC?

Our team is trying to determine the possibility of executing IHC on a slide previously used for histology or vice versa. Thank you :)

Can someone advise if inhibiting activity of T-cell specific enahncers, curtails HIV proliferation?

Since the virus incorporates its genome into the host cell, I think inhibiting all or some of host cell transcription factors could be a potential target for HIV proliferation.

Is there any know bacteria that can kill a virus?

I am thinking of possible means for killing the HIV virus with a bacteria and subjecting the bacteria to an appropriate antibiotic.
