What is the cheapest way to obtain the amount of protein on a polymer surface in a glass slide for antifouling studies and what are the procedures?

I am trying to quantify the amount of protein on a polymer coated surface in a glass slide. Will really appreciate if I can get the cheapest way of doing this, without ELISA or Immunofluorescence....
