Has anyone set-up the HaloPROTACS protein degradation system in trypanosomes?

Hi, I am interested in the HaloPROTACS protein degradation (or any other) system to degrade proteins in trypanosomes. Has anyone (successfully) tested this system or another? thank you Melanie
