Hi, Please can one tell me how to calculate MgCL2 and Taq quantity to add to master mix in the aim to perform PCR reaction ?

I follow protocol published in some article, but they used master mix ready to use. So I can't guess the quantities of MgCl2 and Taq. You have to know that my primers are at a final concentration...
