Why VOSviewer (version 1.6.17) shows these marked options for 'Type of Analysis' disabled?

I would like to use VOSviewer for bibliometric analysis and I have used both desktop as well as web versions. However during adding data or creating a map from 'Scopus' or 'Dimensions' on my PC...
