Assalamualaikum. I wanted to fabricate a gas sensor based on heterostructure model. To form the heterostructure which software would be best?

I would like to import the heterostructure model to COMSOL Multiphysics further to fabricate the sensing material. Is VASP , VESTA or Materials Studio will be good?
