Is it possible for a gas absorption reaction be first diffusion-controlled at low loading, then turns kinetic-controlled?

It's about CO2 absorption with MEA in miniscule volume. And would a pseudo first order reaction assumption still be valid if there is no mixing and agitation?

Hello, may I know what other commercial UV curable PDMS is available apart from semicosil 949Uv by wacker chemie and KER series by Shin-Etsu?

Conventional PDMS seems to be difficult to cure when in contact with alkaline solution, am looking for UV curable PDMS as alternative.
