Hi, I did a Plasmid DNA isolation and got the concentration of 0.0414ug and colleague got 0.1391ug, how do I compare the two results?

Our volume that contain 0.1ug of our sample plasmid DNA were 2.4154ul and 0.7189ul respectively. How should I do the comparison, please
