I would like to know if is there someone to advice me a method to isolate in red wine monomeric flavan-3-ols prior analysis by HPLC ?

i tried to inject the sample without any pretreatement as did for anthocyanins unfortunately in this case i couldnt obtain any pic. the using analysis method is HPLC-DAD-MS
