Does anyone know of a validated survey that can be used to determine the impact of an oncology provider intervention in the British NHS?

I am developing a brief intervention for use with oncology providers in the NHS. Does anyone know of a validated survey that can be used at 6 month follow-up to assess the impact of the intervention.
