I am looking for a human beta cell line for glucose stimulated insulin secretion studies. Preferably one which has an fairly normal beta cell phenotype.

What is the best way to measure degree of central obesity in humans?

I want to determine the relative amount of omental fat to abdominal fat accurately in human subjects and correlate these with a blood biomarkers. Would MRI or Tomography be better for this measure?
