Does anybody else have problems with CaCO-2 cell adhesion in 96 well plates during PBS wash steps?

My CaCO-2's are grown according to protocol successfully in normal T.C. cultured plastics (nunclon). The media is MEM with Earles salts, 10% FBS, 1% L-glutamine and 1mM Na Pyruvate. They seem fine...
