Does anyone know a good protocol for isolating RNA from intracellularly stained cells sorted by FACS?

I'm interested in staining cells (breast cancer cell line) with an antibody against a cytoplasmic or nuclear localization, then go to the FACS and sort them out (positive and negative separately)....
