Can I use tissue preserved in RNAlater to perform enzyme analyses or all the enzymes are already degraded?

I have extra tissue after my RNA extraction from fish tissue (heart, liver ans muscle) and I want to know if the RNAlater degrade only the RNAse or all the enzymes, and If I can this tissue.
