After 72 hours of mixing fusarium spores with AgNO3 and water, the solution changed color to red. The spores haven't germinated. What happend?

The UV-vis spectrum has a wide peak at around 410 nm but its different than plasmon excitations (like in silver nanoparticles).

How can I measure the number of silver ions in nanosilver water based colloids?

I uses arc discharge method to produce nanosilver in pure water and in citrate solution. I don't have an auto-titrator.
