Is it possible to have from 1 sample total LDH and RNA?

I used LDH cytotoxicity kit from roche to evaluate LDH leakage With the remaining lysed cells used for Maximal LDH, I want to extract RNA ( Trizol or RLT)  is there any  conter argument?
